Our Team members, leaders in their fields, have designed close to 200 water and wastewater tunnel projects and built above 40 of them, partnering with many entities across the globe on these meaningful and sustainable projects. The firm delivered billions of infrastructure projects in congested urban environments, including the 50th Street Ventilation Facility that involved drilling, blasting, and rock excavation in the heart of Manhattan, NY.

Fort Myer typically self-performs critical work items including earthwork, excavation, concrete & asphalt paving, site development, foundations and structures. By self-performing much of this work, we provide clients with cost and scheduling savings. By owning and operating multiple asphalt plants, Fort Myer offers customers various federal and state approved mixes. Our plants service DC, Maryland and Virginia with several hundred thousand tons of asphalt material annually. Our plant located at 5th and V Street, NE employs the cutting edge green technology to lower the region’s carbon footprint.
